Reconciliation, Training and Preparation of Financial Statements for Fiscal Year 2018

In the framework of preparing the Statistics of Sumatera Utara (BPS) Financial Statements for Fiscal Year 2018, it is necessary to implement Reconciliation and Preparation of the 2018 Fiscal Year Financial Statements between Budget User Proxy Accounting Units (UAKPA) and BPS Accounting Budget Unit (UAPPA-W) Province and Directorate General of State Treasury and Directorate General of State Assets. Reconciliation and Preparation of Financial Statements of positions up to December 2018 need to be implemented for SAIBA and SIMAK-BMN data validation, preparation of Work Unit Financial Statements, and preparation for preparation of the Statistics of Sumatera Utara (BPS) Financial Statements for Fiscal Year 2018.

To fulfill the predetermined time schedule, and for the same knowledge in finalizing the Financial Statements by the Regency / City BPS Budget User Authority (KPA) and the Statistics of Sumatera Utara (BPS), then besides the SAIBA and SIMAK-BMN operators invited, KPA is also invited. As well as a companion from the BPS General Bureau for data reconciliation assistance, and an e-CaLK application instructor from the Accounting Section at this event. Therefore the implementation of the reconciliation and preparation of these financial statements is an activity of "Reconciliation, Training and Preparation of the Statistics of Sumatera Utara (BPS) Financial Statements 2018" which was held on January 16-18, 2019 at the Grandhika Hotel Medan. This activity was attended by 73 people, namely SAIBA and SIMAK-BMN Operators, Head of Administration, Head of Finance Sub Division, Head of General Sub-Section, and Committee, (11 Provincial BPS and 62 District / City BPS)
