Is SISN an obstacle to ASN services or a starting point for change

Do you know friends, especially those who are involved in all agencies everywhere. all ASN services are currently using an application called Si ASN. one that currently feels troublesome, one of which is the ASN dismissal service or better known as the retirement service. why does the title of this article seem pessimistic, if at first the use of the ASN was very disappointing, until this article was written down, several ASNs who will retire in February 2023 experienced many problems in using applications, generated data, database incompatibilities, in the end it prevented ASN from getting sk retirement.
