se menpan rb no. 02. of 2023 concerning the delivery of state apparatus wealth (lLHkan), stipulates that ASN will carry out the obligation to report their assets with 2 mechanisms, namely a state administrator's wealth report (lhkpn) and an annual tax return. Lhkpn is required to report on state administration, as head of satker, PPK, treasurer, procurement officer, working group for selection of service providers. What's different is that before ASN other than state officials are charged with reporting Lhkasn, then in 2023 ASN will only be able to report an annual SPT because proof of receipt of the submission of an annual SPT which also contains a report on assets and therefore is recognized as an LLHAS. thus there is no need to submit reports on the assets of the state civil apparatus (lhkasn) as before. In other words, the annual tax return includes what has been reported so far through the LKASN, so that since 2023 ASN is outside the organizers and certain specified positions, it is sufficient to only submit the annual SPT.
