Training for Regional Instructor Candidates ST2023 Sumatera Utara Province

Still in the series of implementation of the 2023 Agricultural Census, currently BPS-Statistics of Sumatera Utara Provinci is holding the 2023 Agricultural Census Regional Instructor Training on 21-24 February 2023 online via the zoom application. The implementation of this training was realized through the collaboration of the BPS Education and Training Center with BPS-Statistics of Sumatera Utara Province.

The ST2023 regional instructor candidate training was opened by Mr. Nurul Hasanudin as Head of BPS-Statistics of Sumatera Utara Province. The opening of the training was carried out simultaneously with two other events which were held at the same time, namely the PMTB Training at the Kanaya Hotel and the e-Commerce Training at the Hermes Hotel in Medan City. In the training for prospective ST2023 regional instructors, it is divided into 2 categories, namely UTP CAPI and UTP PAPI. The CAPI UTP class was attended by a combination of 3 provinces, namely North Sumatra Province, West Sumatra Province and Aceh Province with a total of 216 regional instructor candidates and 10 national instructors who were divided into 10 CAPI UTP classes. For UTP PAPI, 16 prospective regional instructors with 3 national instructors participated.

This training was carried out to strengthen perceptions regarding concepts and methodologies in the implementation of the 2023 Agricultural Census so that it is hoped that accurate data collection results will be obtained regarding the condition of agriculture in Indonesia so that development can be right on target.
