Perban 4 Socialization regarding Employee Movements

Medan, 23 August 2023. BPS-Statistics Sumatera Utara Province held a Socialization of Bandage 4 regarding Transfers of Civil Servants within the BPS-Statistics. This socialization is packaged in routine knowledge sharing segments which are popularly known as We-GO or Wednesday Get Opportunity. This activity was held at 08.00 WIB in the 5th floor hall which was held in a hybrid manner, namely offline for BPS-Statistics Sumatera Utara Province employees and locally through the zoom meeting and YouTube applications for Regency/City BPS employees in North Sumatra Province. Perban 4 years 2022 Socialization was opened by Mr. Drs. Ramlan, MM as Head of the General Section of BPS-Statistics Sumatera Utara Province. The resource person from We-GO on Mother's Day was Mrs. Dyna Dara Yunita as the BPS Young Expert HR Apparatus for Sunatera Utara Province. In the discussion, it was explained what are the criteria related to employee transfers within the BPS-Statistics along with the process and steps for managing mutations. This forum is also equipped with interactive discussion sessions from participants to today's We-GO resource persons.
