The Head of the BPS of North Sumatra Province, Asim Saputra, accompanied by the Head of the Social Statistics Team attended the 2024 BPS North Sumatra Province People's Welfare Statistics Coordination Meeting and opened the meeting.

The activity lasted for 3 days from 6-8 November 2024 which was attended by all Heads of the BPS Social Statistics Teams from Regency/City throughout North Sumatra.

In his direction, the Head of the BPS of North Sumatra Province conveyed that the Susenas Data be checked carefully so that the quality of BPS data can be maintained consistently between variables, the Head of the BPS of North Sumatra Province also advised that supervision during officers in the field must also be considered so that what is done can be monitored and daily targets are made so that data collection in the field can run well.

Susenas and Sakernas data are also equally important in maintaining the credibility of BPS in producing data, especially poverty where the data is very important so that other data can also be more trusted in decision making.
