Working Visit of Commission X of the House of Representatives (DPR RI)

On Wednesday, May 28, 2025, the Head of BPS-Statistics Sumatera Utara Province, Asim Saputra, accompanied the Chairperson and Members of Commission X of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI) during a recess working visit to Deli Serdang Regency, Sumatera Utara Province.

During the visit, the Head of the Working Visit Team, Sofyan Tan, stated that the purpose of the activity was to gather input in the form of factual data and information related to education, statistics, sports, culture, and research in Deli Serdang Regency.

On the same occasion, Asim Saputra presented several key points, including macroeconomic indicators for Deli Serdang Regency, the National Socioeconomic Single Data (Data Tunggal Sosial Ekonomi Nasional or DTSEN), and the upcoming 2026 Economic Census.
