On Monday, September 1, 2025, an AMOR session was held with the theme Inside Mood.
The speakers for this event were Najla, Ayu, Lita, Dela, Zayyan, and Fahrina.
According to the American Psychological Association (2023), the term mood refers to a state of mind that can last for a long time, unlike emotions which arise and fade quickly. Mood influences how a person thinks and behaves, and one of the keys to a good mood is the feeling of joy. Joy can be expressed through laughter, which has been proven to promote health and make life feel lighter.
During the sharing session, the Head of BPS-Statistics Sumatera Utara Province, Asim Saputra, encouraged all employees to stay motivated and focused in carrying out their activities amidst the current busy schedule, and to be able to manage communication effectively so as not to create negative perceptions among the public.
On this occasion, several new employees who joined BPS-Statistics Sumatera Utara Province as of September 1, 2025, were also introduced: Junjun Wijaya, Fahriza Rianda, and Riza Fakhrulrizqi.
