Abstract

The value of exports through loading ports in the North Sumatra region in November 2021 decreased compared to October 2021, from US$1.10 billion to US$988.88 million or decreased by 10.12 percent. When compared to November 2020, North Sumatra's exports increased by 37.12 percent
  • The category of goods that experienced the largest increase in the value of North Sumatra's exports in November 2021 compared to October 2021 was rubber and rubber goods of US$ 18.36 million (16.58%).
  • Exports to China in November 2021 were the largest at US$159.41 million, followed by the United States at US$128.50 million and Russia at US$56.87 million with the contribution of the three reaching 34.87 percent.
  • According to the main group of export destinations in November 2021, exports to the Asian region (outside ASEAN) were the largest with a value of US$312.27 (31.58%)
