Abstract

The number of domestic passengers coming to Sumatera Utara through Kualanamu International Airport in November 2023 reached 206,056 people, or down 1.34 percent compared to the previous month of 208,845 people.

The number of air transport passengers to foreign destinations, both using national and foreign flights, in November 2023 increased by 0.44 percent compared to October 2023, namely from 74,218 people to 74,547 people.

The number of inter-island (domestic) sea transportation passengers departing from Belawan Harbor in November 2023 was recorded at 7,869 people, up 2.53 percent compared to the previous month of 7,675 people, while the number of passengers arriving in November 2023 was recorded at 7,375 people, or down 21.43 percent compared to the previous month of 9,387 people.

During November 2023, inter-island goods transportation for loading activities amounted to 18,454 tonnes, or an increase of 52.56 percent compared to October 2023 of 12,096 tonnes.

Goods unloading activities in November 2023 decreased by 8.06 percent, from 537,574 tons in October 2023 to 494,220 tons in November 2023.
