Foreign Trade Statistics and Inter Island/Province of Sumatera Utara 2004

The data were process by BPS-Statistics of Indonesia, based on declaration documents of exports and imports known as “Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang” (PEB) and “Pemberitahuan Impor Barang” (PIB) which were filled out by the exporters and importers, and approved by the Customs and Excises officers. The data are present by commodity, country of destination, country of origin, port of exportation, and port of importation. Harmonized System (HS), and Standard International Trade Classification (SITC) codes classify commodities.
