Abstract

Publication of Conversion of Grain to Rice in Sumatera Utara Province 2018 was published as a result of the 2018 Grain to Rice Conversion Survey (SKGB). The 2018 SKGB Survey is a BPS activity included in a national project that supports the achievement of national priorities for food security. This survey was conducted in all provinces in Indonesia, one of which is North Sumatra. Publication Survey of the Conversion of Grain to Rice in North Sumatra Province 2018 presents information on the amount of conversion rates from Dry Grain (GKP) to Dry Grain (GKG) and conversion rates from Dry Grain (GKG) to rice and presents supporting information about the description of the implementation of drying activities and grain milling in North Sumatra.
