Statistics of Aging Population of Sumatera Utara Province 2019

This publication is an annual publication that provides information on the current state of the elderly population in North Sumatra which includes aspects of the demographic structure, education, health, economic activities, social conditions, social protection, and services and empowerment programs for the elderly based on the results of the National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas ) in 2019, the 2019 National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) and the Update on Village Potentials (Podes) in 2019. This publication is expected to be of benefit to all parties, both from the community, the elderly and elderly activists and stakeholders as one of the basics in policy making. In addition, as a reference to be able to optimize the potential of the elderly population as part of the strength of development.
