Farmer Terms of Trade Statistics of Sumatera Utara Province 2020

The 2020 North Sumatra Provincial Farmers Exchange Rate Statistics publication is an annual publication published by the Central Statistics Agency of North Sumatra Province. The data presented in this publication covers five sub-sectors, namely the food crops sub-sector, the horticultural sub-sector, the smallholder plantation sub-sector,
livestock subsector, and fisheries subsector. Since January 2020, the Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) is calculated using the 2018 base year. This publication also contains concepts and definitions, methodologies, as well as an explanation of the weigh diagram in the preparation of NTP. Thus data users can understand well the process of calculating NTP as an indicator to see the level of ability / purchasing power of farmers.
