Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics Sumatera Utara Province 2021

BPS-Statistics Sumatera Utara Province 2021 is a public institution that has the task and responsibility of providing data and information in the field of statistics. BPS always tries to pay attention to satisfaction and service quality to data users who are looking for statistical data. BPS always strives to provide better public services. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to identify the needs and satisfaction level of data users through the Data Needs Survey (SKD). The SKD has been implemented since 2005 and starting in 2014, the scope of the SKD was expanded to the district/city BPS. The results of the 2021 SKD activities are presented in the form of publications containing an analysis of the characteristics of data users, an analysis of data needs, and an analysis of the performance of service units. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Behavior Index (IPAK) of the provincial BPS and city district BPS.
