Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics Sumatera Utara Province 2022

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) was conducted to pay attention to satisfaction and service quality to data users seeking statistical data. BPS always strives to provide better public services. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to identify the needs and satisfaction levels of data users through a Data Needs Survey (SKD).
SKD has been implemented since 2005 and starting in 2014, SKD implementation has been expanded in scope to district/city BPS. The results of SKD 2022 activities are presented in the form of a publication which contains an analysis of the characteristics of data users, analysis of data needs, and analysis of service unit performance. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Behavior Index (IPAK) of the provincial BPS and regency/city BPS.
