Gender Statistics of Sumatera Utara Province 2023

The presentation of specific gender-disaggregated data is the data that is awaited to be able to see the level of gender participation and involvement in development. In addition to being used to determine the level of gender participation, it is also used for analysis in planning and evaluating program policies related to gender issues.

Periodically, the BPS of North Sumatra Province publishes data on gender through the 2023 North Sumatra Province Gender Statistics Publication. This publication presents data on several indicators presented according to gender such as population indicators, health, education, employment, household socio-economic status, and women's participation in government and politics.
