Gathering Visit to the Governor of Sumatera Utara in the context of REGSOSEK

Thursday, September 8, 2022 Head of BPS-Statistics of Sumatera Utara Province, Nurul Hasanudin, and his team had the opportunity to make a friendly visit to the Governor of North Sumatra, Edy Rahmayadi. The visit was made at the official residence of the Governor of Sumatera Utara, Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, Medan.

During his visit, Nurul Hasanudin said "BPS will hold a Socio-Economic Registration (Regsosek) data collection activity in the Sumatera Utara region, from October 15 to November 14 2022, so I report and ask for support from the Governor of Sumatera Utara "

It was also conveyed that in the context of coordinating the 2022 Regsosek Preliminary Data Collection aimed at One Data for the Social Protection and Community Empowerment Program, BPS-Statistics of Sumatera Utara Province will hold a Regional Regsosek Coordination Meeting with related OPD and Regency/City BPS in Sumatera Utara.

The Governor of Sumatera Utara stated that he strongly supports this Socio-Economic Registration data collection activity so that by updating the data, it also makes it easier for the Regional Government to take strategic policies based on the results of the data collection.
