Visit of the Head of BBKHIT Sumatera Utara

On Tuesday, November 12, 2024, the Head of the BPS of North Sumatra Province, Asim Saputra, received a visit from the Head of the Animal, Fish and Plant Quarantine Center (BBKHIT) of North Sumatra, N. Prayatno Ginting. The parent agency of BBKHIT is the Indonesian Quarantine Agency.

During the visit, the two leaders agreed to collaborate in providing sectoral data, especially those related to the export-import activities of animals, fish, and plants through several service units such as Kualanamu Airport, Sisingamangaraja Airport, Belawan Port, Tanjung Balai Asahan Port, and the Sibolga Seaport Service Unit.

At the end of the visit, Asim Saputra invited the Head of BBKHIT North Sumatra to see the comfortable and modern public service facilities and infrastructure with a touch of regional characteristics, such as the PST room, Toba Lake Lounge, PPID, and visitor toilets.
