Statistical Agent Development and Signing of Cooperation Agreements

In the fourth week of May 2025, BPS-Statistics Sumatera Utara Province conducted a Statistical Agent Development program at the University of Sumatera Utara (USU) and Muhammadiyah University of Sumatera Utara (UMSU).

At each university, the event was attended by the Head of USU Library, Laila Hadri Nasution, S.Sos., M.P., and the Vice Dean III of the Faculty of Economics and Business at UMSU, Dr. Hasrudy Tanjung, S.E., M.Si.

In addition to the development program, desk-to-desk signing of documents was also carried out:

1. Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) & Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between BPS-Statistics Sumatera Utara Province and UMSU
2. MoA & Implementation Arrangement (IA) between BPS-Statistics Sumatera Utara Province and USU

It is hoped that this initiative will foster synergy and strengthen collaboration in improving statistical literacy and education in Sumatera Utara
