• In March 2019, the distribution of expenditure for the lowest 40 percent of the population was 21.38 percent. This means that population expenditure is still in the low level of inequality category. If detailed by region, in urban areas the figure is 19.97 percent and in rural areas the figure is 23.95, which means that both are in the category of low inequality.
