Abstract

The number of foreign tourists (tourists) visiting Sumatera Utara through 4 (four) entrances in November 2021 reached 0 visits or no visits, still the same compared to those who came in October 2021 reaching 0 visits.
  • In the November 2021 period, the number of foreign tourists visiting Sumatera Utara decreased by 100.00 percent compared to the same period in 2020, from 44 visits in 2020 down to 0 visits in 2021.
  • The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star hotels in Sumatera Utara in November 2021 reached an average of 42.37 percent, or an increase of 0.53 points compared to October 2021 of 41.84 percent.
  • The average length of stay of foreign guests and Indonesian guests at five-star hotels during November 2021 reached 1.30 days, down 0.15 points compared to October 2021.
  • The number of domestic passengers departing from Sumatera Utara via Kualanamu International Airport during November 2021 reached 143,606 people, an increase of 23.26 percent compared to October 2021 which reached 116,503 people.
  • The number of inter-island (domestic) sea transportation passengers departing during November 2021 was recorded at 4,798 people, an increase of 35.65 percent compared to the previous month of 3,537 people.
