The Publication of Foreign Trade and Interisland Statistics of Sumatera Utara Province is annual publication issued by BPS-Statistics of Sumatera Utara Province, in cooperation with The Regional Development Planning Board of Sumatera Utara (BAPPEDASU). The data presented in this publication are processed by BPS-Statistics of Indonesia and BPS-Statistics of Sumatera Utara Province, based on documents of exports and imports known as PEB (Export Declaration Document) and PIB (Import Declaration Document) which were filled out by the exporters and importers, and approved by the Customs and Excises office
