Analysis of the Condition of the Manufacturing Industry Sector in Sumatera Utara Province 2020

The need for statistical data from various development sectors is felt to be increasing, including the manufacturing sector. This also motivates BPS North Sumatra Province to continue to complete and improve the data presented both in terms of quality and quantity. The source of data presented in this publication is the result of processing from the 2019 Annual Manufacturing Industry Survey. In general, this publication contains the number of large and medium industries, employment and composition, worker remuneration, input costs, output value, added value and productivity. industrial sector workforce in 2019. The data is expected to assist the Government in planning development in various sectors, particularly the manufacturing sector in the North Sumatra Province.
