Farmer Terms of Trade Statistics of Sumatera Utara Province Semester I 2021

Publication Farmer Terms of Trade Statistics of Sumatera Utara Province Semester I 2021 published every semester by BPS-Statistics of Sumatera Utara Province. This effort is carried out as a form of accountability and performance in public services. The data presented in this publication includes Farmer's Exchange Rates from five sub-sectors, namely food crops sub-sector, horticulture sub-sector, smallholder plantation crops sub-sector, livestock sub-sector, and fishery sub-sector. The data presented is North Sumatra Province Farmer Exchange Rate data from July to December 2021 from the results of the Rural Price Statistics Survey in 22 districts. Since January 2020, Farmer's Exchange Rate (NTP) is calculated using the base year 2018. This publication also contains concepts and definitions, methodologies, as well as an explanation of the weighing chart in the preparation of the NTP. Thus, data users can better understand the process of calculating FTT as an indicator to see the level of ability/purchasing power of farmers.
