Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics Sumatera Utara Province 2024

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is conducted to observe the satisfaction and quality of service to data users who are looking for statistical data. BPS always strives to provide better public services. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to identify the needs and level of satisfaction of data users through the Data Needs Survey (SKD). SKD has been implemented since 2005 and starting in 2014, the implementation of SKD was expanded to BPS districts/cities. The results of the 2024 SKD activities are presented in the form of a publication containing an analysis of data user characteristics, data needs analysis, and service unit performance analysis. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of a Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and an Anti-Corruption Behavior Index (IPAK) for BPS provinces and BPS districts/cities.
